1. Availability

Choose your date or dates before making the enquiry and we will be able to confirm availability straight away.

2. Menu Costs

We have a wide range of options. We can discuss what suits your event and budget best. Once a price is agreed there will be no extra costs unless the client themselves want to change the menu / numbers etc.

 3. What is your average price per person

Because we cover everything from charcuterie boards to full sit down 5 course menus it is very hard to determine an average cost. It is best to discuss with the caterer or event manager what you would like for your event and take it from there.

 4. How many guests can you serve

We have previously catered for 50 to 600. We can accommodate a large number of guests at one time.

 5. What are your specialties

We have been in business for 30 years and have experience in a wide range of events and catering contracts. Please see our menus to give you an idea of our range of options.

 6. How much are your food tastings for weddings

Generally we will charge the cost of the meal which will be considered part of the deposit and deducted from the bill if contracted for the event.

 7. Are There Set Menus or Can You Make Your Own Choices

We do both.

 10. What is you payment policy

We do take a deposit with final payment invoiced or paid on the evening. Eg. That can be discussed at the time of contract.

 11. Gratuities and Tips

No Gratuities are not included and are given at the discretion of the client. All tips and gratuities are given directly to the staff catering the event.

 12. Refund / Cancellation policy

This will be different for each event depending on the catering options chosen and if the event planner has organised third party bookings e.g. balloons, Marquee’s. This can be discussed at the time of booking.

 13. How long does it take your staff to set-up and break down

Every event is different. This will be discussed in detail depending on what the client has requested. A full event timeline is generally arranged.

 14. Overtime fees

We will generally have priced for the total event. Only under extreme circumstances Would there be overtime fees and these would be at the request of the client. This would be discussed at booking.

 15. Final guest count

The caterer will need to know the final guest count close to the event so we can pre order raw ingredients for the menu such as fish and steak etc  

 16. How many Events do you cater per year

Over 100 a year between the golf club events and our corporate and private clients.

 17. How long have you been in business

We have been in business 30 years.

 18. Can you cater to any venue

Yes, if you have a venue and they are accepting of a caterer coming in to run the event we can cater for any Venue. Our event planner will also have a list of vendors we work with regularly.

 19. Do you have a license to serve alcohol

Yes in our golf club however private, corporate events our planner will be arranging the bar and alcohol is purchased by the client. We will discuss what the event needs with regard to wine champagne cocktails etc. A full list of ingredients will be given for the client to purchase. Our team will then serve it on the night.  

 20. Dietary restrictions

We can accommodate all our menus for dietary requirements. discuss this with your caterer in advance so we can prepare and  customize dishes.

 21. Can you cut our wedding cake

Of Course yes and serve it as dessert if preferred.

 22. Do you make wedding cakes, party Cakes?

No But we can arrange it for you

 23. What options of linens, glassware, plates, and flatware do you have

Our event planner can organise whatever you wish. Crockery, cutlery serving dishes are all supplied by the caterer. Extras such as  linens glassware, marquees, balloons etc. can all be sourced for your requirements.

 24. What does your crew clean up after the event

Everything we have organised. This can be discussed at the time of booking.

 25.Leftovers

We can leave it or take it. It has been paid for so it is yours

 26. Do you provide bartenders?

Yes a full bar waitress and chef service is provided.

 27. Do you have coffee and tea services?

Yes

 28. Staff Uniform

Black and white serving uniform. If you wish to have specific colours incorporated eg ties, aprons etc we can arrange that.

31. Event Schedule

A full timed event schedule will be set out for your event.
