Karl and Amanda Slattery are the proud owners of Slattery Catering, an Irish family-run business with over 30 years of experience delivering exceptional catered events.

Food is obviously at the heart of everything we do, but catering is about more than just meals. It’s about people, service, and ensuring every event is memorable. Our formula for success is simple:

We currently run the catering in both Castlewarden Golf club, Straffan Co Kildare and Rathfarnham Golf Club Stocking Lane, Dublin. Two stunning Golf courses.

With over 30 years of experience, Slattery Catering has earned a reputation as one of Dublin’s most reliable catering providers. From canapé presentations, sandwich platters and charcuterie boards to BBQ's and our Large Hot buffet selection we have packages to meet the needs of any event. All our meals are tailored to your needs and all allergens / specific meal requirements catered for.

Party planning

Organizing a party can be stressful, but Slattery Catering makes it easy. We have partnered up with our event planners who along with helping customise your menu they will coordinate every detail of your event for you to ensure your party is a seamless and enjoyable experience for both you and your guests. Let us handle the logistics while you focus on celebrating.

FAQs

  • We can tailor a menu to suit all dietary requirements and will be happy to discuss these in further detail.

  • We can cater for up to 600 guests.

  • Once you are happy with your quote, and we have confirmed your date is available, please send us an email to confirm your booking with the final menu and approx.. numbers. We require a booking deposit of 15% and we will then send a pro forma invoice for a bank transfer.

  • We are an Irish owned family operated catering company with over 30 years experience in the catering industry. We cater for all styles of corporate events, private events and marquee and venue weddings. Over the years we have built up a reputation with new and repeat clients for our reliability, quality of food and friendly staff. We always do our utmost to make sure you have a successful fun filled event that you can enjoy yourself.
